Nonna Elsies Bolognese Sauce





Ingredients

1 white onion

4 garlic cloves

4 celery sticks

1/2 cup olive oil

5 sage leaves

1/2 bunch italian parsley

3 sticks rosemary (removed from stick)

2 links sweet Italian Sausage

2 pounds ground beef (15-20 % fat)

4 28 oz cans crushed tomatoes

Salt

Pepper

















Let sauce simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours. Serve on fresh pasta !
